Everything you need to know about our birthday celebrations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which tend to fill up quickly. For peak seasons (summer, holidays), booking 6-8 weeks ahead is advisable.
How many children can attend?
Our packages are designed for groups of 10-20 children, but we can accommodate larger groups with advance notice. Additional fees apply for extra guests beyond the package limit.
Do parents need to stay during the party?
While parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration, our staff is fully equipped to supervise the children. We do require at least one parent or guardian to remain on the premises throughout the event.
Can we bring our own food or decorations?
Outside food is permitted with the exception of alcohol. You're welcome to bring a birthday cake. For decorations, we allow additional items to complement our packages, but please coordinate with our staff in advance.
What ages are your birthday parties suitable for?
Our birthday packages are designed for children ages 5-14, but we can customize activities for younger or older groups. Just let us know your needs when booking.
